How We Handle Calls & Questions
Wayne is the one who answers technical questions and helps with installs and troubleshooting. Because of this, he is often on the phone with other customers.
Please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, the year/make/model of your vehicle, and a short description of your question. He will call you back, usually within 24 hours.
If you send a text or email, please still include your phone number. Wayne rarely replies with long written responses. In most cases he will simply ask you to call or will call you back himself.
If you get stuck during an install or can’t figure something out, Wayne will often make a short custom video just for you showing exactly how to do it. Very few people in this business will take the time to do that.
